Key information

Subscriptions, Registration and Cancellation

  1. The owner of BudgetBoss.co.uk reserve the right to cancel the Account Holder's subscription and registration at anytime without any prior notice or reason. We will only cancel a subscription and registration if we believe we have good reason.
    2. Reasons for cancellation could be but are not limited to
    • Incorrect information supplied at registration.
    • Abusive communication from a member towards any BudgetBoss.co.uk member of staff or any other member of BudgetBoss.co.uk
    • Failure to pay a subscription.
  2. Once a monthly subscription has been paid that payment is final and will last exactly one month from the date of payment. If the Account Holder cancels their subscription before the end of the said month they may not request a refund for the said month.
  3. You the Account Holder has the right to cancel your subscription at any time without having to give notice to the owner of BudgetBoss.co.uk however BudgetBoss.co.uk nor the owner is obliged to refund your subscription.
  4. Subscriptions are ongoing and will continue to be paid until either you the Account Holder or BudgetBoss.co.uk cancels the subscription and registration.
  5. BudgetBoss.co.uk uses the payment merchant PayPal for all payments and subscription. For more information on PayPal please follow this link -- PayPal.com PayPal offer a secure method of payment as well as subscriptions. If you do not wish to subscribe or pay via this method then BudgetBoss.co.uk is sorry but we cannot accept any other type of payment at this time and must refuse your registration.
  6. BudgetBoss.co.uk does not hold any payment information about you the Account Holder. All financial exchanges are done via PayPal.
  7. BudgetBoss.co.uk are here to offer a helpful tool in your everyday budgeting. We have tried our hardest to offer our subscription at the lowest price possible but there are always costs involved in the upkeep of any service. By using PayPal we have managed to reduce our costs. PayPal offer many different ways for the user to pay in a secure fashion. If in the future we are able to offer more payment options we will.
  8. To view any payments you have made to BudgetBoss.co.uk or to track your subscription you the Account Holder must check your PayPal account or personal bank account.

General Terms

  1. The owner of BudgetBoss.co.uk and any persons affiliated with BudgetBoss.co.uk will not be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by registering and using BudgetBoss.co.uk.
  2. The owner of BudgetBoss.co.uk is not a financial advisor and is not offering any advice on how the Account Holder should organise or manage their finances. That responsibility lies solely with you the Account Holder.
  3. By registering for either a paid account or a free account you are registering for the use of BudgetBoss.co.uk's budgeting software and you the Account Owner are solely responsible for your own finances.
  4. The owner of BudgetBoss.co.uk is in no way responsible for how you the Account Owner manage your finances. BudgetBoss.co.uk is purely a tool for you the Account Holder to get an overview of your finances and a tool manage those finances and how you use BudgetBoss.co.uk is your responsibility.
  5. By agreeing to these terms you the Account Owner accept that BudgetBoss.co.uk and the owner is not responsible in any way for you the Account Holder's financial situation now or any time in the future.
  6. The information held on the BudgetBoss.co.uk website must be treated as a guide only.
  7. The code that has been written for BudgetBoss.co.uk has been thoroughly tested and checked however as with any piece of software or computer code this does not guarantee it is working completely accurately. BudgetBoss.co.uk is not responsible for any errors or wrong information that may result from a coding error.
  8. By signing up you are agreeing that you understand that you the Account Holder are solely responsible for managing your own finances and BudgetBoss.co.uk are not here to offer you advice on your personal or company finances.

Your Information

  1. The information we hold about you the Account Holder is your e-mail address, password and username for logging in and identifying you from other members. Your password is encrypted with an encryption algorithm so it is not visible to anybody. First and last name, salary information and expenditure information for creating your budget. The information you supply to us is all password protected.
  2. BudgetBoss.co.uk have deliberately set the site up obtaining the minimal amount of information from its members as possible for a couple of reasons. Firstly security for its members and secondly reducing costs in having to protect too much sensitive information.
  3. If you don't agree with any of the above terms and conditions or the privacy policy by BudgetBoss.co.uk please do not sign up. By signing up you are agreeing to BudgetBoss.co.uk's terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
